This place is a joke. First check deposited gets a 5 day hold. Go in and complain about it and get told Im lucky that they even gave me 200 of the 2800 i deposited. I was then told to come in on Tuesday and it would be available, but they decided to hold it one more day, for fun I guess. Great customer service. Wait 14 days for debit card, call to find out where its at. Get told they didnt order me one because they didnt think I would carry a very big balance. So in two weeks time I was lied to twice, and the decision to not order me a debit card was made for me and without my knowledge. The thing is there is noone to complain to because theres only about 15 people working for the whole bank and they really dont care. So if you want to be treated like crap, pay higher fees than any other bank and have people looking down thier noses at you everytime you go in there, this is the place for you. Good luck, Cant wait for these guys to go under and get some of thier assets at auction.
